Request to Delete Account
1. How to Request Deletion
You can submit a deletion request from either of the channels below.
In-App (iOS / Android)
Open Settings in the app, then go to Legal & Compliance and select Request Account Deletion.
Email Support
Email support@hymarketscapital.com
Use the email address registered on your account for faster verification.
2. Information to Include
- Registered account email address
- Full name on the account
- Phone number (if available on file)
- Reason for deletion request (optional)
- Confirmation that all open positions are closed and available balances have been withdrawn (where applicable)
3. Before Deletion Is Completed
- Open trades/positions may need to be closed.
- Pending deposits/withdrawals/disputes may need to be resolved.
- Identity verification may be required to confirm ownership of the account.
4. What Is Deleted and What May Be Retained
Once approved, your account is closed and personal data is deleted or anonymized where possible. Some records may be retained where legally required, including AML/KYC, fraud prevention, tax, compliance, dispute, and audit obligations.
5. Processing Time
Requests are reviewed by support/compliance. Processing time depends on verification status, account activity, and legal obligations. Additional verification may be requested before completion.
