These terms govern use of HyMarkets website, portal, mobile app, and copy-trading related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HyMarkets services, you agree to these Terms and related policies including the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and AML/KYC Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and security.
We may request identity or additional verification information at any time.

3. Service Scope

HyMarkets provides platform and execution functionality. We do not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. All decisions are made by the customer at their own risk.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Wallet Activity

Funding and withdrawal requests may be subject to verification checks, operational controls, anti-fraud checks, and regulatory requirements. Processing times depend on payment method, verification status, and third-party providers.

5. Copy Trading Terms

Copy trading replicates selected master trader activity automatically after subscription.
Execution outcomes can differ from master accounts due to pricing, slippage, and latency.
Copying can be paused/stopped by the customer in line with platform controls.
Performance metrics are informational and are not profit guarantees.
Minimum balances, limits, or strategy restrictions may apply to protect account integrity.

6. Risk Warning

Trading and copy trading involve substantial risk of loss. You may lose part or all of your capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

7. Compliance and Restricted Conduct

Users must comply with applicable law and must not engage in abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when required for compliance, security, or operational protection.

We may update platform features, limits, fees, and these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published.

9. Account Closure and Data Retention

Customers may request account deletion via the app or through Account Deletion Request. We may retain specific records where required by law, regulation, anti-fraud, or audit obligations.
